We are seeking a Finance Partnering Analyst to bring fresh insights and expertise to our finance department.
Role Overview
This role is part of the Finance Business Partnering team, overseeing planning, forecasting, and performance analysis within Carnival UK. The key responsibilities include providing reliable, timely, and accurate financial analysis to finance business partners and other business functions. You will review financial results, support understanding of performance drivers and variances, and proactively identify opportunities for performance improvement and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the forecasting process and analyze month-end performance.
* Contribute to the business performance agenda, including Strategic Plans, Operating Plans, capital planning, and supplier contract processes.
* Ensure accuracy and integrity in the link between financial reports and operational or performance reports (e.g., Power BI & P&L).
* Recommend improvements to financial reporting systems to enhance efficiency and analytical capabilities.
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), demonstrating clear internal development pathways. This role is classified as CUK08 and is offered on a full-time, permanent basis with hybrid working in Southampton, including up to two days remote work.
Qualifications and Skills:
* A relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
* Experience in management reporting, planning, or analytics functions.

* Commercial awareness and business acumen.
