Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This is a casual position at the weekends where some shifts are available and some aren't. I need someone who is reliable and willing to learn. It's a perfect role for someone around their full time job, studies or as an added extra for an older person. This is random casual hours, not fixed.
Responsibilities
* Must be reliable and transparent
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs promptly.
* Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
* Collaborate with bar staff to ensure timely service of beverages.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality.
* Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing familiarity with hospitality operations.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing orders accurately.
* A friendly and approachable demeanour, with the ability to engage positively with customers.

Pay: £12.80 per hour
