The Opportunity As a Senior Finance Analyst within our Group Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial insight that drives decision making across William Grant & Sons. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a global, family-owned business, where your analysis will help inform strategic choices, support long-term growth, and bring clarity to complex financial performance. What you will be doing Utilising various WG&S systems and complex data sources you will lead a key part of the Group’s financial modelling process. You will work closely with a variety of people throughout the Group, building your network both internally in Group Finance and with the teams based at the many different locations William Grant & Sons operate around the globe. You will assist the Financial Planning team leader to deliver to the annual FP&A timetable and support adherence to this timetable by all teams who provide reporting to the Financial Planning Team. Understanding, and effectively utilising big data with be pivotal to the role, along with complex financial modelling experience. The successful candidates will be required to build complex financial models and output presentations, identifying trends and anomalies in data. About you You are a qualified accountant with excellent financial modelling data analytics capabilities, coupled with the ability to quickly build rapport with a diverse group of stakeholders across the globe. You will be able to operate in a very dynamic environment where priorities rapidly change.
