Whatyou’ll be doing:
* Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver exceptional service every day
* Drive sales growth by building strong, long-term customer partnerships
* Manage performance — from budgets and stock to profitability and KPIs
* Collaborate with suppliers and other Corys branches to optimize results
* Champion a safe, positive, and high-performing culture
Whatyou’ll bring:
We’re after a confident, people-focused leader who’s ready to step up and take charge. Ideally, you’ll have:
* Proven leadership experience — you know how to build and inspire great teams
* Strong business and financial acumen
* A proactive, customer-first mindset
* Electrical wholesale or trade industry experience (a bonus, not a deal breaker)
* A qualification in business or management (nice to have)
