T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative to join our client based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a friendly Company that has expanded over the years. Previous experience isn’t required as the Company can offer full training, however the successful candidate must have some Machine Operative knowledge. Machine Operative Job Details & Benefits; * Weekly Rotating shifts * Mornings - Monday – Friday, 6am-2pm * Afternoons Monday – Thursday 2pm-10:45pm, Friday 2pm-7pm * £14.24 (Hourly rate includes shift premium) * 28 days holiday to start including bank holidays increasing with length of service to a maximum of 33 days including bank holidays * Optional paid overtime * Opportunities to train and progress * Healthcare * Company pension scheme * Free parking Machine Operative Duties; * Loading and operating a machine with some programming elements * Learning all relevant procedures to be competent enough to build a printed circuit board * Building PCB in accordance with IPC-610 criteria * Preparing and running jobs on the SMT machinery * Preparing components so they can be correctly used on the SMT line * Operate and program solder paste print technologies (SPI) * Relay build issues and process related concerns to the production engineers Machine Operative Person Specification; * Must have previous Machine Operating experience * Strong attention to detail * Confident manner * Ability to work under pressure and complete varied duties to meet deadlines If you’re interested in the above role then get in contact with T&K Associates today
