An established Clinical services patient recruitment and retention specialist, helping biopharma companies find, enrol, and support patients in clinical research are they’re expanding fast — and need exceptional Business Development Directors to help grow their footprint.
The three core services are:
* Patient recruitment site materials (digital & print)
* Site coaching (CEMs) – training site staff to recruit and enrol more effectively
* Patient support & retention – helping referred patients stay engaged
A human-first model with local delivery in 70+ countries and 60+ languages. They cover Europe, North America, and APAC, with particular strength in Oncology and Rare Disease.
Led by the Global VP, their commercial team is ambitious, collaborative, and laser-focused on delivering value to clients and patients alike.
This is a 100% new business role
The perfect fit would be:
* Experienced in BioPharma services or technology sales
* 5+ years in business development, selling to Clinical Operations buyers
* Confident, engaging, with the ability to build rapport easily
* A true hunter who loves building a pipeline and driving deals independently
* Ability to travel as and when necessary for key meetings
Compensation & Benefits
* OTE: ~£185k uncapped
* Benefits: 15 PTO days + 10 holidays, annual UK company meet
