Kiwi House Care Home in Alvaston, Derby is recruiting a Senior Care Assistant (Nights) to join our friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis, offering a competitive salary of up to £13.91 per hour. Part of the family-run Adept Care Homes group, we provide high-quality residential and dementia care, helping our residents lead enriched, happy, and fulfilled lives in our luxury 78-bed home.
Pay & Hours:
* £13.91 per hour
* 33 –44 hours per week (overtime available)
* Night shifts: 19:00 -07:00(alternate weekends)
What You’ll Do:
* Deliver outstanding care in line with residents’ care plans
* Supervise and support care staff, promoting excellence and teamwork
* Administer medication safely and maintain accurate records
* Monitor residents’ wellbeing and liaise with families and healthcare professionals
* Maintain confidentiality, uphold dignity, and ensure a safe environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous senior care experience (care home experience preferred)
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable)
* Confident in leading a team and administering medication
* Compassionate, reliable, and professional
