CRM Support and Training Expert
MBDA is inviting applications for the CRM Support and Training Expert role.

Compensation & Working Conditions
Salary: Circa £55,000, depending on experience.
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 3 days per week on site, with 2 days remote.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK citizen with British citizenship, subject to BPSS checks.

The Opportunity
The CRM Training and Support Expert plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across sales, business development, and other key departments. Your contributions enable users to fully harness the system’s potential, driving operational efficiency and customer value.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Analyse training needs for SBD and related departments, prioritising CRM adoption and usage.
* Design comprehensive training programmes, including curricula, materials and virtual/face‑to‑face delivery.
* Lead user support during initial adoption, establishing benchmarks to assess training effectiveness.
* Conduct regular assessments of user understanding and the value delivered by CRM to SBD.
* Gather, prioritise and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for future development.
* Provide day‑to‑day CRM adoption support, solving user impasses swiftly.
* Collaborate with IT and third‑party experts to resolve CRM issues.
* Produce and manage CRM‑related communications on training and support topics.
* Partner with CRM stakeholders across national companies.
* Identify risks in CRM usage or development, recommending mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications
* University degree (Business Management, Economics or related field).
* Commercial experience in Aerospace/Defence (IT, HR, Sales, Bidding, Business Development).
* Proven training analysis and planning skills.
* Experience with change management or training delivery.
* Strong relational and communication capabilities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics.
