We're partnering with a specialist business operating in ground support, propping and temporary works, supporting contractors across a wide range of construction projects. This is a field-based sales role covering Kent and the surrounding areas, focused on building relationships, winning new business and supporting projects from enquiry through to delivery.
* Develop new business opportunities across contractors and project teams
* Manage and grow a portfolio of customers across Kent and surrounding areas
* Visit sites and clients to understand requirements and build relationships
* Prepare quotations and proposals aligned to project needs
* Support customers with product and solution guidance (training provided)
* Work with internal teams to deliver projects smoothly
* Maintain a healthy pipeline and track activity through CRM
* Experience in a customer-facing or sales role
* Exposure to construction, civils, engineering or a related technical environment
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Motivated, organised and comfortable working independently in the field
* Keen to develop technical knowledge and grow within the role

* Ability to read drawings or technical specifications
* Existing relationships with contractors or site teams
