Our Lady of the Magnificat Catholic Multi Academy Company is recruiting a Vice Principal at St Marie’s Catholic Primary School and Nursery in Rugby. This is a permanent full‑time position to start in January 2027 or earlier.
Responsibilities
* Be a practising Catholic
* Have experience working in a Catholic school
* Support the nurturing ethos of the school and inspire children to develop their faith
* Be passionate about educating young people and put their wellbeing at the heart of all you do
* Support the Principal and the Assistant Headteacher with the day‑to‑day running of the school
* Work collaboratively with the Principal and the Assistant Headteacher to motivate and inspire staff, making them feel valued and supported
* Have an excellent proven track record in teaching and learning within primary education
Qualifications
* Ability to speak fluent English (as required by Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016)
* Will obtain an Enhanced DBS check and, where relevant, a childcare disqualification check
