Coventry Deadline 13 February 2026 We have an exciting role of CAD technician available which will provide CAD support from the Drawing office for the preparation and production of engineering drawings and documents for various teams within Keller UK.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Working closely with our designers/estimators and Project Managers to produce engineering drawings using AutoCAD in 2D along with all associated documents as required. There may be a need for the occasional 3D drawing where if required, training will be given.
- To ensure all work produced meets the required CAD standard and BIM standard and to maintain the Q/A procedures including drawing registers, electronic and non-electronic filing as appropriate.
- To ensure all work is completed to the agreed timescales and regularly liaise with project managers, lead technical staff/engineers and clients to ensure this.
- Assist project engineers with data input (e.g. coordinated setting out drawings and schedules).
- Maintain and develop a strong customer focus in the timely provision of accurate drawings.
- Ensure drawings are issued to site teams and clients in a timely manner.
- Confidently liaise with, assist and direct clients over the phone.
- Work to and actively promote “The Keller Way”.

Experience/Skills/Qualifications/Personal Attributes:
Minimum - 2 passed A-Levels.
- GCSE’s C or above in Maths, English and Science.
- IT literate and an intermediate level user of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Desirable - Experience within the Construction Industry.
- Experience with AUTOCAD Software.
