Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Asisstant to work with individuals or small groups of pupils. You will potentially be working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). An ideal candidate will be resilient, patient, and have a nurturing attitude in order to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Job Duties:
* Providing assistance to help students achieve their learning goals
* Developing students communication and social awareness
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
* Assisting in key subjects such as tailored numeracy & literacy
Experience:
Prior experience in childcrae in educational or personal settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Additional training or qualifications in special educational needs would be advantageous.
