What We're Looking For
* Friendly, approachable, and a real people person who enjoys building relationships
* Creative and reflective Social Worker with the right qualifications
* Social Work England (SWE) registered
* Experience in fostering
* Comfortable managing a caseload and supporting children's needs
* Good knowledge of safeguarding, fostering legislation, and childcare law
* Happy to provide out-of-hours support when needed (telephone only)
* Full driving licence and access to a car
