* Risk & Compliance: Ensure processes and daily management of compliance are robust.
Operational & Strategic Responsibilities
* Case Supervision

Client & Transaction Management
* Complex Transactions: Handle high-value or intricate conveyancing matters.
* Client Care
* Strategic Direction: Shape the department’s future, aligning operations with the firm’s broader goals.
