Ideally, you bring at least two years of post-qualification experience. What the Job Involves The role involves supporting the Senior Prosecutions Lawyer to ensure cost-effective delivery of high-quality prosecution services. You will provide legal advice, conduct advocacy, and represent the Council in various legal settings, including courts, tribunals, and inquiries. Keeping up with changes in legislation and maintaining effective relationships with client departments and external bodies are key tasks. You will also participate in recruitment, supervise trainees, and contribute to corporate projects as required.
