An opportunity has arisen for a full time, highly motivated band 4 Team Administrator, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administration service for our Healthcare Team within the Barton Moss Secure Children’s Home (SCH).
The SCH’s provide high quality residential care to boys aged between 11 and 18. The boys can come from anywhere in England.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Healthcare Team within Barton Moss Secure Children’s Homes. The role will also include line management of junior members of the admin team.
As the Team Assistant you should have strong organisational and communication skills and be able to work closely and collaboratively with clinicians and managers and strive for high quality standards both personally and for the service. You will be responsible for dealing with queries, maintaining accurate records. As a point of telephone contact for the healthcare team, the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service is an essential part of this post. The candidate will also be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, sustain quality in their document production, manage their own workload on a day-to-day basis, and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
Main duties of the job

To provide line management and supervision to other members of the administration team and cover other services when necessary.

The Trust mandates all post holders who require a DBS for their role to subscribe to the DBS Update Service. You will be required to enrol for this service for a fee of £16 per year and maintain registration throughout your employment with GMMH.
