Job Purpose
As Senior Audit Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a portfolio of audit clients, delivering high-quality service and ensuring compliance
* Leading audits from planning to completion, overseeing all stages of the process
* Reviewing audit work to ensure it meets high standards and adheres to regulations
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser
* Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering collaboration and excellence
* Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities to support the firm’s growth
* Collaborating with Partners to implement the strategic vision of the audit department

The Successful Applicant
To excel in this role, you will:
* Be ACA or ACCA qualified with significant experience in UK audit practice
* Demonstrate strong technical expertise in audit regulations and standards
* Have a proven ability to manage client portfolios and lead audit engagements
* Possess excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach
* Be an experienced leader with a passion for mentoring and developing teams
* Show a proactive mindset and a proven ability to identify and act on business development opportunities
