About the Role We are seeking to appoint a caring, committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated LSA team on a term-time only basis. This rewarding role will involve supporting individual pupils with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) on a one-to-one basis, helping them to access learning, build confidence and thrive both academically and socially. The successful candidate will share our commitment to ensuring all children feel safe, respected and inspired to learn. Experience of, or a good understanding of, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) would be an advantage. However, we equally value a positive attitude, resilience and a genuine passion for working with children with additional needs. A willingness to learn, reflect and engage in ongoing professional development and training is essential. The position is term time only, working 8:30am–3:15pm, Monday to Friday.
