This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want occasional work — typically 20 to 30 days across the academic year — such as retired professionals, university students, or anyone seeking additional income during school hours.
Your Role Will Include:
* Setting up examination rooms according to school and exam board requirements.
* Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials efficiently.
* Supervising students during exams, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
* Reporting any incidents, irregularities, or malpractice as per school policies.
* Providing a calm, reassuring presence to help students feel at ease.
What We’re Looking For:
* Prior experience as an exam invigilator or in a school environment is desirable (training provided for suitable candidates).
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict procedures.
* Clear communication skills and a calm, authoritative presence.
* Reliability, integrity, and punctuality are essential.
* Flexibility to work morning and/or afternoon sessions, sometimes at short notice.
