We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to provide essential support to the wider marketing function by coordinating day-to-day activities and contributing to the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role combines core coordination responsibilities with hands-on marketing execution, including content creation, basic campaign setup, and performance reporting. The postholder will help manage timelines, assets, and data to ensure campaigns run smoothly, while also gaining experience in supporting digital, content, and customer marketing activity across the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns and events across multiple channels.
* Assist in creating and editing marketing content, including copy for emails, social media posts, and campaign materials.
* Maintain and update campaign plans using project and workflow management tools.
* Support budget tracking and the organisation of assets for campaigns.
* Develop clear and engaging presentations to communicate campaign strategies and performance.
* Manage the marketing trade calendar and asset storage systems, ensuring accuracy and version control.
* Organise and facilitate meetings, including minute-taking, action tracking, and follow-ups.
* Prepare basic campaign reports, pulling data and highlighting trends to support decision making.
* Administer and update customer marketing data to support targeted activity.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes and tools.
What We’re Looking For

* Creative thinking and an interest in developing marketing content.
Desirable
* Experience in planning or scheduling.
* Familiarity with marketing or project planning tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Trello, or basic email marketing platforms.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, website content).
