Motorcycle Aftersales Advisor | Guildford | Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm (45 hours per week)
Basic Salary: £28,829 | OTE: £34,000
What You’ll Be Doing
* Handle parts enquiries from retail customers and workshop technicians, ensuring accurate and timely support
* Process orders, check availability, and maintain stock accuracy
* Offer advice on parts, accessories, lead times, and pricing to support upselling opportunities
* Keep customers informed throughout the parts and service process
* Act as the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
* Finalise service documentation and explain charges clearly at collection
* Proactively resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
* Confident, professional communicator — in person, by phone, and via email
* Mechanical and electrical understanding of motorcycles, with a genuine passion for bikes
* Previous experience in a customer-facing or parts-related role preferred
* Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
