Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Recovery Worker, you will:
* Provide person-centered care through recovery-focused support, including key working sessions and group work.
* Empower individuals to gain new skills and promote their long-term recovery.
* Develop tailored support and risk management plans, ensuring effective discharge planning.
* Encourage positive change and independence in the lives of those you support.
* Work on a 24-hour rolling rota, including evenings, weekends, and waking night shifts.
