Role: Senior Customer Advisor (South Outer M25)
Location: Stellantis &You Peugeot Hatfield
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Up to £35000 basic salary, OTE £39000
Responsibilities
As a key member of the Aftersales team, you will be the main link between customers and technicians, guiding customers through the Stellantis &You customer journey. You will:
* Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
* Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
* Propose and upsell additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
* Quote and sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group.
* Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing and follow-up contact.
* Estimate repair costs and times; resolve concerns when suggesting repairs; inform and update customers on progress or additional works needed.
* Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.

Role Qualifications
* Ideally an experienced automotive Customer Advisor, but a passion for customer service, strong organisation and communication skills, and a positive attitude are the key attributes; full training is available via our Performance Academy, with additional online and induction training.
* A full valid UK driving licence is required for this role.
