Area Sales Manager – South East - £50-55k + bonus + car
About the Opportunity
An established and highly reputable provider of temperature control rental solutions is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee the South East territory (North East London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire & East Anglia).
This role offers a balanced mix of new business development and account management, with full responsibility for driving revenue growth across a well-established region.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of regional accounts
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors
* Develop strong working relationships with internal operational and technical teams
* Deliver regional sales targets and ensure strong commercial margins
* Produce regular sales forecasts, activity reports and performance updates
* Increase market presence and brand awareness within the designated territory
* Support the collection of outstanding payments where required
Candidate Requirements
* Proven field sales experience
* Strong technical understanding of HVAC equipment, particularly boilers and chillers
* Experience within temperature control, HVAC or equipment rental is essential
* Commercially aware with strong negotiation ability
* Experience using CRM platforms and MS Office
* Highly organised with strong territory management skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to travel across the assigned region
