Key Responsibilities
Client Care & Administration
* Keep clients informed of any changes to their risk profile or premiums
* Assist with policy amendments (e.g., address, vehicle, driver changes)
* Conduct quality control checks on every client interaction
* Explain policy cover clearly and accurately
* Handle policy reinstatements, cancellations, and refunds
* Maintain accurate records and complete daily registers
* Ensure all documents are correctly scanned and filed
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
