Role: Operations Administrator
Location: Bedford
Hours: Monday to Friday 13:00pm to 22:00pm (with flexibility during peak times)
Salary: £15 per hour
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our client’s successful operations team, supporting the coordination of deliveries across the EU and US.

A busy and growing operation providing logistics and supply chain support to a variety of international customers. The team is collaborative, fast-paced and dedicated to ensuring smooth delivery processes across multiple regions.

Duties of a Operations Administrator:

5. Managing and processing delivery orders through customer and site portals
6. Coordinating with internal and external contacts to confirm dispatch schedules
7. Monitoring delivery timelines and following up on any potential delays
8. Keeping sales teams informed on order progress and shipment updates
9. Tracking stock levels and arranging inbound deliveries with each site
10. Escalating stock issues / customer complaints in the correct manner for an efficient resolution
11. Logging received goods accurately on internal systems
12. Working closely with Quality Control to maintain standards and resolve issues
13. Producing delivery and stock reports for management when required
14. Supporting with audits and continuous improvement initiatives

What we would like from you:

15. Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role
16. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
17. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
18. Experienced in monitoring and analysing data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
19. Confident using MS Office and online systems or databases
20. Calm, professional approach in a fast-paced environment
21. Enthusiastic and adaptable with a can-do attitude
