£12.71 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, Flexible hours 9:00am - 3:00pm or 8:30am - 2:30pm or 10:00am - 3:30pm

Temp to Perm Opportunity

We are currently recruiting an Assembly Operative to join a well‑established blinds manufacturing company based in Shipley. This is a hands‑on role offering long‑term potential for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

• Assembling blinds to specification
• Using hand tools and basic equipment
• Testing finished products
• Carrying out quality control (QC) checks
• Manual handling and general production tasks

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly environment (preferred)
• Confidence using hand tools
• Good attention to detail for testing and QCAbility to carry out manual work
• A reliable and punctual work ethic
• Experience in operating a sewing machine will be considered an additional advantage.
