This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with commercial dealership experience who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and supporting customers throughout their vehicle servicing journey.
As a Service Advisor, you will act as the main point of contact for customers, managing all aspects of the service process efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve booking service and repair jobs, maintaining customer communication, handling payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.

Duties:
9. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service delivery
10. Book and manage service and repair appointments, keeping workshop workload optimised
11. Provide accurate updates to customers regarding their vehicle’s progress
12. Handle payments and organise loan car bookings when necessary
13. Achieve sales targets and promote additional services
14. Follow-up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and handle enquiries
Requirements:
15. Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a commercial vehicle dealership
16. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
17. Organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
18. A proactive approach to customer care and problem-solving
