You will work onsite and report to the Assistant or Store Manager. Your role could be to help at the tills, advise customers, or work in the back shop.
Responsibilities
* Help customers and put them at ease by listening, answering questions, giving great advice, recommending items, and offering baskets.
* Get to know our in‑store offers and schemes and promote them.
* Keep the store running smoothly by ensuring the right products are displayed, providing excellent service at the tills, and helping with stock in the stock rooms.
* Work with team members to provide a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
* Receive award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
Qualifications
* We provide full training for this role.

* Hourly rate: £13.02 to £15.10 across selected locations in London, increasing after six months in role.
