The Theatre Department has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join us as a Co-lead for our Emergency / CEPOD team, contributing to the overall development and support of the entire Department.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic person to work alongside other Team Leaders, responsible for supporting the department's multidisciplinary staff in delivering patient care and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based practices.
In support of the Theatre Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of peri-operative services within the theatre department. In collaboration with other Team Leaders, you will manage the operational aspects of the Operating Department in the Theatre Manager's absence.
You will serve as a clinical specialist, providing clinical management, advice, support, and training to relevant personnel within the department. Ensuring the provision of safe, high-quality patient care within national guidelines and Trust policies is essential.
