This specialist position involves two areas of work: Training Administration and Reprographics.
Training Administration
The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Responsibilities include managing training records, coordinating training schedules, and supporting related tasks.
Reprographics
This part of the role requires attendance at the Wolverhampton office twice a week to perform reprographics duties such as printing, copying, binding, and material preparation to support various departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Undertake pre- and post-specialist administrative work, ensuring accurate and timely information sharing with Interventions Specialist Trainers, National Specialist Leads, and the Quality Assurance team.
2. Support data assurance and information tracking systems, notifying supervisors and managers of updates and anomalies.
3. Update tracking and recording systems, ensuring all are current and follow up on outstanding items.
4. Ensure accurate production, distribution, and collection of training materials for each training event, planning production in line with the training directory and business needs.
5. Contribute to designing IS administration systems and provide administrative support for these systems.
6. Coordinate with couriers for the collection and delivery of training crates, maintaining tracking systems and reporting any losses.
7. Produce and distribute post-training materials such as certificates and reports.
8. Provide administrative support to all teams within IS, including booking meeting rooms and managing data.
9. Engage with managers to implement and update processes based on stakeholder feedback.
10. Assist in delivering meetings, including arrangements, minute-taking, and following up on actions.
11. Perform general office duties like shredding, photocopying, postal duties, and maintaining filing systems.
