were looking for an interim internal communications manager to join us on our journey ready to dive in and stir things up?
purpose
as the internal communications manager you will be responsible for helping develop and implement the Wagamama internal communications strategy
delivering innovative, high-quality, creative, relevant, on-brand and engaging communications, you will support the delivery of our communications strategy ensuring our teams feel informed, connected and engaged with wagamama
supporting the head of internal communications, your role will be to create written, video and presentation content, build and establish our new channel framework with a “frontline first” mindset, and help support with events such as the annual conference
key accountabilities
* develop and implement our internal communications strategy to enable meaningful two-way engagement with our teams
* develop, maintain, and constantly improve our internal communications channels using a broad mix of media and formats to effectively target our teams, taking into account the varying needs of our multi-generational workforce
* create engaging written, video and presentation-based content, using data and analytics to shape future communications
* educate, advise and support key stakeholders e.g. central ops; marketing; food team; in delivering engaging, branded, coordinated and consistent internal communications across wagamama so that we keep our teams engaged and informed on key projects and initiatives. this role will provide specialist advice to others across wagamama on how to land comms brilliantly with our teams in a way that brings the wagamama magic to life through story telling
* to review all internal communication material ensuring consistent internal branding across wagamama
* Work closely with frontline teams to generate stories and content to tell the “Wagamama story”, and ensure consistent and effective feedback loops that lead to demonstrable action
