What you'll be doing
1. Act as the first point of contact for HR queries across head office, retail, and wholesale teams.
2. Provide advice and support on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and training.
3. Develop fresh initiatives to drive engagement and wellbeing.
4. Oversee facilities management - from health & safety and compliance, to managing contractors, suppliers, and the car fleet.
