MEP Revit Technician \n London (Hybrid working) \n Up to £50,000 + Benefits \n \n A leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy in London is seeking a skilled MEP Revit Technician to join its dynamic Building Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for BIM and engineering design to take the next step in their career. \n \n Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of Revit MEP experience \n \n Role Overview: \n The MEP Revit Technician will play a key role in the development and coordination of detailed 3D models for mechanical, electrical, and public health systems within a range of high-profile building projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with engineers and fellow BIM technicians to ensure models meet design and client specifications. \n \n Key Responsibilities: \n * Produce and develop detailed 3D MEP models using Revit MEP \n * Assist in the preparation of coordinated BIM models across disciplines \n * Maintain and update BIM models throughout the design and construction phases \n * Collaborate with design engineers to ensure accurate representation of services \n * Create 2D drawings and schedules derived from 3D models \n * Follow company BIM protocols and support BIM Level 2 compliance \n * Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural elements \n * Contribute to clash detection processes and resolution \n * Participate in project coordination meetings as required \n * Assist with training and mentoring junior team members if needed \n \n Candidate Requirements: \n * Minimum 2 years of hands-on Revit MEP experience in a consultancy or contractor environment \n * Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and public health systems \n * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications \n * Proficiency with AutoCAD (preferred but not essential) \n * Knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards \n * Excellent communication and teamworking skills \n * Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving \n \n Benefits: \n * Competitive salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience) \n * Hybrid working model for improved work-life balance \n * Annual bonus scheme (Discretionary) \n * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays \n * Pension contribution scheme \n * Ongoing professional development and training support \n * Collaborative and inclusive working environment \n * Opportunity to work on landmark UK and international projects \n \n This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy with a strong reputation in sustainable design and digital engineering.
