Content Creator (AI Adoption) Part-time | Remote

The role: We are seeking a creative and proactive Content Creator to support the organisation’s AI Adoption Programme following our migration to Google Workspace. This role will play a key part in driving awareness, understanding, and adoption of Google AI tools across the organisation. You will create engaging multimedia content, develop training materials, support enablement initiatives, and help embed AI into everyday ways of working. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how AI is communicated and adopted, helping colleagues build confidence and unlock productivity through Google AI capabilities.
Responsibilities:
AI Awareness & Engagement
• Develop and deliver engaging content to raise awareness and promote adoption of Google AI tools.
• Create compelling internal communications and engagement materials to support AI initiatives.
• Proactively identify content gaps and develop relevant resources to address user needs. Content Creation & Production
• Produce high-quality multimedia training and engagement materials, including:
• Overview videos of AI tools
• “Tips and tricks” videos
• AI-generated podcast content
• Written guides, FAQs, and supporting documentation
• Edit and produce professional video content from concept to final delivery. Training & Enablement Support
• Support and help facilitate AI training sessions.
• Organise and contribute to Lunch & Learn sessions.
• Develop practical, user-friendly learning resources to help colleagues confidently adopt AI tools.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate closely with AI enablers and key stakeholders across the organisation.
• Align content with broader AI adoption objectives and business priorities.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement •
Design and run surveys to measure awareness, engagement, and adoption levels. •Use insights and feedback to refine content and improve impact.
Skills & Experience:
• Strong content creation skills across video, written, and audio formats.
• Experience developing training materials and learning resources.
• Video production and editing skills (from scripting to final edit).
• Experience creating internal communications and engagement content.
• Ability to independently plan, prioritise, and deliver initiatives.
• Confidence delivering or supporting training sessions
Desirable Experience
• Understanding of AI tools, particularly Google AI tools within Google Workspace.
• Ability to clearly and confidently explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
