Mid Cheshire is unique as it is an organisation where you cannot only wrap your arms around it and truly feel part of a "work family", but there is also plenty of scale to have a broad and rewarding job and career. There is a lot going on at the moment and lots of reasons to be excited about the future as we develop our 5-year strategy. Our focus right now is on the restoration and rebuild of our clinical services following Covid, including embedding and sustaining some of the innovation that we have seen over the last year. Working with our many partners, we seek to redesign some of our services as we take forward our aspiration for the redevelopment of Leighton Hospital so that our workforce and the people of Cheshire have a hospital that provides outstanding healthcare facilities which they can be proud of.
