Key Responsibilities Support the design and structural development of lightweight aluminium fabrications. Conduct Linear and Non-Linear Finite Element Analyses (FEA). Use ANSYS to perform simulations, verify models, and deliver analytical insights to support design and production teams. Apply Eurocode standards in all analysis and documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure the structural integrity and manufacturability of designs. Drive continuous improvement in analysis processes and validation methods.
