Robert Half Technology are assisting a market leading financial services organisation to recruit a Implementation Consultant on a contract basis - Hybrid working - London based
The Implementation Consultant has responsibility for the following functions within the Implementations department:
* Support all Client and Project Implementations
* External and Internal Customer Testing support
* System Demonstrations where required
* Relationship Management with both external and internal stakeholders
* Resolution of testing incidents as they occur (technical / functional)
* Buyer / Supplier technical configuration and file format support
* Buyer / Supplier Master Data testing tasks
* Custom reporting requirements
* Customer support with migration to clients new platform
* Ad Hoc tasks as required
* Work proactively and positively with all areas of the business in line with the client Vision.
Role
* Support all Client and Project Implementations
1. Project planning and coordination support
2. Document and maintain trackers
3. Undertake within defined policy, procedures and SLA
* External and Internal Customer Testing support
4. Support test scripting and execution activities of new and existing customers
5. Support Internal Testing activities
