Role: School Receptionist
Location: Snodland, due to the location you will need to be a driver
Contract Type: Temporary
Start Date: 5th January
Working Pattern: 8.00am - 4.00pm
Pay: £13.00 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join a vibrant school. As the first point of contact for our students, parents, and visitors, you'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you have an existing DBS on the update system that is even better!
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist visitors with a warm smile and friendly demeanour.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a tidy and organised workspace.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
Support administrative tasks as needed, contributing to a smooth-running office.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Proficiency in office software and multitasking capabilities
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
