WE Talent are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support our client's finance department. This role involves assisting with day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports. Key Responsibilities: * Data entry for accounts payable/receivable and supplier reconciliations * Bank account reconciliation (multi-currency) * Processing invoices and resolving supplier queries * Preparing daily and monthly financial reports (sales, margin, cashflow) * Managing staff expenses, petty cash, and company credit cards * Intercompany reconciliations and monthly recharges * Supporting VAT returns and compliance * Weekly supplier payments (UK and overseas) * Assisting with stock management and reports * Handling payment portals (Stripe, Shopify, PayPal, etc.) * General ledger maintenance and journal entries * Credit control (sending statements, payment follow-ups) * Supporting audits and management accounts Requirements: * Previous experience in a finance or accounting role * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills * Ability to multitask and meet deadlines * Experience with multi-currency transactions is an advantage * Good communication skills and a proactive attitude If you’re looking for a varied finance role with growth potential, we encourage you to apply.
