As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Regulatory and Compliance Coordinator to strengthen our governance and compliance functions.
The Role
The Regulatory and Compliance Coordinator will ensure Storepak operates in full compliance with relevant legal, environmental, and customer-specific requirements. You will play a key role in managing audits, maintaining documentation, and supporting cross-departmental compliance initiatives to meet international standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate internal and external audits, including SEDEX, FSC, SMETA, and EcoVadis.

Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and certification records.
*
Monitor changes in legislation and industry regulations, providing timely advice to internal teams.
*
Prepare compliance reports, risk assessments, and audit schedules.
*
Support training sessions and readiness activities ahead of audits.
*
Liaise with external regulatory bodies and certification agencies.
*
Conduct internal reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Experience Required
*
Proven experience in a compliance, audit, or regulatory role.
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
*
Ideally experience working with large retailers or within manufacturing/supply chain environments.
*
Desirable Qualifications
*
Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance management systems.
*
Familiarity with key legislation such as Plastic Packaging Tax, EUDR, Net Zero (M2030), POPs, REACH, EPR, and PPWR.
