£45,000-£60,000 12 month fixed-term contract
Ipswich (Hybrid - 3 days on-site)
REED Technology are partnered with an organisation that are embarking on a major transformation to centralise customer data and power its future membership strategy. As part of this exciting programme, they're looking for a CRM Implementation & Customer Data Lead to oversee the rollout of a new customer data platform - and embed the foundations for long-term, insight-driven engagement.
This is a hybrid role that blends CRM system delivery, marketing technology expertise, and data strategy. You'll lead the implementation, working across internal teams and external partners to ensure data, platforms and people are aligned - all while staying agnostic about specific CRM tools or providers, focusing instead on building the right solution for the organisation's needs.

. Act as the primary link between internal stakeholders and external CRM/MarTech partners
. Manage the mapping and migration of multiple data sources into a single customer view
. Establish data governance and GDPR compliance frameworks from day one
. Remain CRM-platform agnostic - advising on the best tools, integrations and architecture to suit business needs
. Create clear documentation, training materials and onboarding support for internal teams
. Support marketing and CRM teams with audience segmentation, personalisation and automation strategy
Experience & Skills
. Proven experience in leading CRM and/or CDP implementations
. Strong understanding of customer data strategy, data flows, and integration (including open-source APIs)
. Comfortable working across a variety of platforms (eg Salesforce, HubSpot, Bloomreach) - with a CRM-agnostic mindset
. Hands-on experience with data mapping, platform integration and migration
. Background in CRM operations or data-driven customer engagement, and digital marketing.
. Strong grasp of data governance and GDPR requirements
. Confident managing cross-functional stakeholders and vendor relationships
