Spa Assistant / Lifeguard - Trainee and Qualified

Join our team as a Spa Assistant / Lifeguard and help create a safe, clean and tranquil environment for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service while maintaining the high standards and serene atmosphere of our Aqua Sana Forest Spa.
What you'll be doing
* Provide lifeguard support and ensure guest safety at all times
* Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience
* Maintain cleanliness and ambience through daily spa upkeep and deep cleaning routines
* Support general maintenance to uphold spa presentation and hygiene standards
Please note Trainee candidates must attend a 5-day NPLQ course and employment will be subject to passing the course.

Your working hours
* Part-time
* You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 over a 4‐week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements

* Clear communicator with strong time management, attention to detail and initiative
* Ability to build positive relationships across all levels and work well in a team
* Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues
As part of the interview process, candidates are required to complete a swim test.
Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
