About the Role As a Psychology Graduate, you’ll work as a Learning Support Assistant, focusing on helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential. You’ll gain hands-on experience with young people who have additional needs, including those with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural challenges. With training, you’ll also have the chance to step into a Cover Supervisor role—leading classes and managing learning environments while applying your psychology knowledge to support student engagement.
