We are currently recruiting for an experienced Family Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join a well-established and highly regarded high net worth family team acting for clients across the North East region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially minded solicitor to work alongside experienced Partners within a supportive environment, handling a broad range of privately funded family matters, including high-net-worth cases.

The Role
\n\n
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of family and matrimonial matters including:
\n\n
\n\t
* Divorce and separation
\n\t
* Financial remedy matters, including high-net-worth cases
\n\t
* Private children matters
\n\t
* Cohabitation disputes
\n\t
* Pre and post-nuptial agreements
\n\n\n
You will be responsible for providing clear and practical legal advice tailored to individual client circumstances, drafting high-quality legal documentation, and representing clients through negotiations, hearings, and advocacy where required.
\n\n
The role will also involve:
\n\n
\n\t
* Conducting advocacy and attending court hearings
\n\t
* Managing deadlines and ensuring compliance with court procedures
\n\t
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
\n\t
* Supporting business development and networking initiatives
\n\t
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
\n\t
* Keeping up to date with legal developments and ongoing professional training
\n\n\n
About You
\n\n
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with ideally a minimum of 2 years’ PQE up to around 5yrs PQE

The ideal candidate will:

* Have proven experience advising on divorce, financial remedy, and private Children Act matters
\n\t
* Be confident managing a varied caseload independently
\n\t
* Possess strong advocacy and negotiation skills
\n\t
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n\t
* Show strong commercial awareness and business development capability
\n\n\n
