Job Title: Senior Network Engineer (ISP)Location: DroitwichSalary: £60,000

With a reputation for technical excellence and outstanding customer service, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills. You'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting robust network infrastructures while acting as a senior technical resource within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network security solutions.
* Configure and support Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
* Perform network assessments, capacity planning, and ensure documentation is up to date.
* Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide expert escalation support.
* Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
* Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure project success.
Required Skills & Experience:
* CCNP Enterprise (or equivalent level knowledge).
* Solid hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
* Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), switching (VLANs, STP), and QoS.
* Experience with Cisco ASA/FTD firewalls, VPNs, and wireless (Catalyst or Meraki).
* Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, PRTG, NetFlow).
