We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at The Falstaff Hotel & Cocktail Bar. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading a team, and thrives in a busy bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the bar
* Lead shifts and ensure smooth service during busy periods
* Supervise and motivate the bar team to deliver excellent customer service
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation
* Assist with stock control, ordering, stock rotation and line cleaning
* Ensure licensing laws and health & safety procedures are followed
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience working in a busy bar environment
* Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* A positive attitude and passion for great hospitality
* Ability to stay calm and organised during busy services
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
