years we have tripled our headcount and doubled our annual revenue. 2022 has seen us
break all company records again and we are in the process of moving to new, bigger offices
in Welwyn Garden City. Currently sitting at 24 heads, we plan to triple our workforce and
revenue again in the next few years.
Due to our growth, we are now looking for a business administrator to join the team and
support our consultants in a busy and fast paced environment. You will be joining as part of
the apprenticeship scheme in partnership with a certified apprentice training provider. The
successful applicant will gain exposure to the world of recruitment, providing administrative
support across the whole business. Despite being a non -client facing position, this role is
fundamental to our business operations and your responsibilities will play an integral part in
achieving our business goals.
Working alongside our Data and Administration Lead you will report into our senior
management team.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Updating and maintaining our database (JobAdder) ensuring that both candidate and
client record cards are up to date and complete
• Scanning and uploading documentation to relevant records on the database (Job
Specifications, Terms of Business, CVs, Organisational charts etc)
• Taking minutes and transcribing notes into digital records
• Sourcing and populating new client and candidate information onto the database
• Reformatting and standardising candidate CVs
• Troubleshooting for consultants, addressing irregularities or incorrect data and
investigating record cards.
• Managing inbound requests and applications
• Following up on candidate registrations, issuing required documentation such as
candidate registration and declaration forms.
• Ad -hoc project work related to our data and systems.

AS/A -level Qualifications (Desirable)
