The Role
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Conduct pre-screen and face to face interviews and assessments based on client needs
Maintain accurate records and conduct pre-employment checks.

The Person
Previous experience as a recruitment consultant or people manager
High volume recruitment experience in sectors such as Industrial or logistics
Full UK Diving licence
Experience in relationship management is essential
