The Role This is a hands-on paid media, and design marketing role focused on lead generation and brand development. The successful candidate will own and execute a full range of marketing activities including paid digital campaigns and design - aimed at attracting businesses interested in reducing and off-setting their carbon emissions. Key Responsibilities Hands-on manage paid digital campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn. Design and create marketing assets (digital and print) using Canva, Adobe or similar. Drive SEO improvements through content strategy and technical optimisation. Enhance website UI/UX and implement design changes. Manage social media channels and develop brand-aligned digital content. Contribute to wider brand positioning and business growth strategies. Non-negotiable experience you need to have: Proven track record in setting up and activating paid advertising across Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn. Strong design and creative skills using Canva, Adobe Illustrator or similar tools. Experience in website design and optimisation. Knowledge and understanding of SEO. B2B industry experience Based in London and able to commute to central London. Must have the Right to Work in the UK. Desirable experience: Strong SEO experience (on-page and technical). Proficiency in Shopify, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON. Passion for sustainability and the environment. Motivation to work in a growing, early-stage business.
